The Tone-Flex System is comprised of re-fit Harley Davidson and Indian Motorcycle parts. We preserve the superior quality of the exterior fit and finish, while re-fitting the internal design to significantly improve your riding experience.

American Custom uses a unique design that allows you to attach a range of baffles to your exhaust pipes to control sound and performance. Baffles are easily attached, and you can change them out at any time. By customizing your original Harley pipes, we save you money while allowing you to maintain the highest quality in craftsmanship and finish. Certain models are equipped with a fixed performance baffle system. The baffles on these are not adjustable. However, you will love the low, deep tone that they produce!

I fired up the bike and my concerns about how they actually sounded (relative to the sound on the website) disappeared. The sound is awesome. They arrived Wednesday afternoon and were down on Beale Street for bike night that evening. My riding partner (who had recently purchased the same type pipes from a competitor) spent the evening saying "man, I wish I had found that site when I bought mine". They sound better and cost less. "Incredible" is the only word I can use to explain the sound from my American Custom Exhaust. I am thoroughly impressed with everything from the fast shipping time to the phenomenal quality of the product. I've had several Harleys and have owned Vance & Hines, Rineharts and Screamin' Eagle pipes and I can honestly say that none sound anywhere close to the clean, deep rumble of the American Custom (exhaust).
